Ideal for R410A, R134A, R12, R22, R404Z etc. Precautions for vacuum pump maintenance. This product strictly prohibits the extraction of flammable, explosive, and toxic gases. This product must not remove gases that are corrosive to metals and can react chemically with pump oil. This product must not remove gases containing particulate dust and a large amount of water vapor.

The temperature of the extracted gas shall not exceed 40? , and the operating environment temperature shall be between 5?

When the pump is running, it is strictly prohibited to block the exhaust port. The voltage used for this product is 192-248V, 50HZ, and the socket must be grounded. When unplugging the power supply, be sure to hold the plug and not pull the power cord. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord, do not allow the power cord to be squeezed. Do not use damaged plugs and sockets.

Do not use damp hands to plug or unplug the power plug. Do not plug or unplug the power plug or press the switch in areas with gas leaks. Wear protective goggles when working with refrigerant. Do not directly contact the refrigerant to prevent personal injury caused by the refrigerant. When connecting to the power supply, it is required that all relevant equipment be properly grounded to prevent the risk of electric shock.

Due to the surface heating during pump operation, please do not touch the oil tank or motor casing during operation. Precautions for customers before starting up.

Upon receiving the new machine, check if there is any obvious damage to the machine and if there is any leakage from the matching oil bottle. Confirm that the machine is in good condition. You can unscrew the filter on the oil tank and directly fill it in.

Plug in the machine, turn on the switch, and the machine is running. At this time, you can unscrew the intake nozzle of the vacuum pump, block the intake nozzle with your hand, and feel if your fingers are being sucked.

If so, it is judged that the vacuum pump is functioning properly and can be vacuumed normally. When the machine is running for a long time, do not open it and directly extract the atmosphere. Connect pipes or other equipment to operate and extract the vacuum. If the vacuum is extracted for a long time, it may cause the motor to burn out, so it is important to pay attention. The refrigerant meter pointer does not point to 0.

Solution: Remove the gauge cover, unscrew the plastic case, use a flat screwdriver to clamp it on the screw above the dial scale, turn it, and you can see that the dial pointer will move. Adjust it to position 0.

Vacuum pump often emits smoke and does not work. Be sure to add oil for use. The machine may produce a small amount of oil smoke during operation, which is a normal phenomenon. Add oil to the middle position of the oil mirror.

If the pump is used for refueling but is in an open atmosphere, the oil fumes will increase. Only by connecting the equipment properly and not opening it for air extraction, there will be a small amount or even no oil smoke during the operation of the vacuum pump. If the machine is not working, it is necessary to first determine whether the new machine is not working or if it has been used for a period of time. If the new machine is not working, it may be due to a collision during transportation that caused it to get stuck somewhere. You can try removing the fan cover, turning the fan blades clockwise, and then restarting after the rotation is smooth. If the machine does not work after running for a period of time, it may be due to poor gas extraction or improper use, resulting in the motor getting stuck. The above method can also be tried.
