9-12-19Inspected unit wires and parts. Wired for 230v power and tested each pump.

Took each apart and replaced both bearings and acid/normal cleaned the entire unit. Also replaced the vacuum gauge and the solids collector, and 6 electrical cover screws.

Wired system for 230v power again and checked each pump. Hooked water to system and let both pumps run for a 20 minute stress test. Unit is now fully functional, cleaned again and sent to photo. Fully inspected, cleaned, and tested all components.
