Rebuilt Veeco EP-2AB 2 Air-cooled Diffusion Pump. Rebuilt diffusion pump comes with a fan kit and new 120 V heater. The listed Veeco 2" diffusion pump has a 3.5" OD, 2.0" ID flange with a 3.0" bolt-circle diameter and a 3/4 OD foreline tube. The Veeco diffusion pump has a pumping speed of 85 l/s for nitrogen and requires 60 cc of diffusion pump fluid.
He pump can be used on both the Veeco MS9 or Veeco MS90 vacuum leak detectors. The unit is air-cooled and has been helium leak checked.
