C166184 MDC 6-Way 6 CF Conflat Cross with GV-4000V-PMPI Air-Op Vacuum Gate Valve
This Conflat Vacuum Assembly is composed of an MDC 6" CF 6-Way Cross, an MDC GV-4000V-PMPI Air-Operated Gate Valve (6"CF x 8"CF), a 6" x 2.75" CF Reducer, one 6" x 2.75" CF Reducer/Feedthrough with four SHV connector ports, one 6" x 2.75" CF Reducer/Feedthrough with two MHV connector ports, a 2.75" CF 5-Pin Ion Gauge, two 6" CF Full Nipple Union (8-3/4" long, and 3" long), and one 2.75" Full Nipple Flexible Bellows, as shown. These items look to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.
The exposed knife edge on the 3 Long Fill Nipple, mounted on the bottom of the 6-Way Cross, has a pretty good size dent it in, but it looks like it barely deformed the actual knife edge, so it might still be usable for UHV operation (please see photos above for detail). The exposed flange on the top of the 6 Cross looks to be in good shape, with no noticeable dents along the knife edge. The one exposed flange on the 2.75 flex bellows looks to be in pretty good shape, but it might have some extremely tiny dents on the knife edge. The other exposed flanges still have copper gaskets stuck to them, so the knife edges are presumably in good shape.
